1.Provides efficient and courteous service to all customers encountered to ensure a professional, positive and timely customer experience.

2.Demonstrates commitment to patient care by providing courteous and timely care and services to patients and their visitors at all times. Must be timely in delivering and picking up meal trays from patient rooms.

3.Accepts and completes assignments without complaint or follows chain of command to resolve.
