This hands-on role involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment, utilizing mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills alongside blueprint reading, basic carpentry, and math proficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and maintain production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals accurately.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment such as hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
+ Utilize skills in mechanical, welding, fabrication, and basic carpentry.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
+ Mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Degree from a Technical School or University preferred, or equivalent work experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
+ Experience with PLC and computer-controlled production equipment.
+ Knowledge of AC/DC motor control.
