Job Description
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will:
Guest Services & Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently while maintaining clear communication with guests and internal departments.
Bell Services Coordination: Assign and monitor bell staff tasks like luggage handling, room changes, and package deliveries, ensuring timely and secure service.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and management for smooth handling of check-ins/outs, VIPs, and special accommodations.
Lobby & Guest Interaction: Act as a lobby ambassador, greeting guests warmly, offering assistance, directions, and personalized recommendations.
Transportation & Concierge Duties: Manage transportation requests and provide concierge services such as restaurant and event reservations.
Operational Oversight: Maintain logs, track staff availability, and support efficient workflow during peak times, addressing maintenance or security concerns as needed.
Resort Knowledge & Policy Adherence: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of resort policies, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for guest interactions and team coordination.
- Multitasking & organizational abilities to assign bell staff efficiently while handling guest requests.
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or logistical challenges.

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Florida Driving Licenses: able to drive a golf cart vehicle, up to 15-passenger van with the passage following safety guidelines.
