Join Our 5-Star Kitchen Team as a Utility Person (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Utility Person to join our esteemed 5-Star Kitchen team! The ideal candidate will help maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Job Functions

Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks for the dishwashing machine.

Set up assigned stations with pre-determined mise en place to service prepared items.

Wash pots, pans, and trays.

Sweep and mop kitchen floors.

Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.

Segregate and remove trash and garbage into designated containers.

Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.

Sort and crush disposable bottles.

Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

Supportive Functions (As Needed)

Set up banquet tables.

Assist the production area with plating assistance.

Wash and peel vegetables.

Load or unload trucks delivering supplies.

Education/Experience

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High school or equivalent education required; experience preferred.
