Schedule: Full-Time | 7am -3:30pm - 5 days including weekend availability |

You, our Ideal Candidate
You are a service-oriented and experienced dining professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others. You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
Responsibilities
Operate as a model Dining Server and provide real-time coaching to team members
Train and onboard newly hired Dining Servers in alignment with LEC standards
Serve meals to residents in dining areas and rooms in a timely, friendly manner
Ensure compliance with special diet regulations
Perform and oversee cleaning duties and prep for next meal service
Wash dishes and maintain sanitation standards, ensuring utensils and equipment are ready
Record and monitor food and dish machine temperatures; report irregularities
Flexibly support various dining venues across the campus
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior dining server experience in a continuing care community or hospital preferred
Strong customer service background and orientation
Be reliable and punctual
