Join our fast-paced team as a Customer Service Specialist - Farm Credit EXPRESS, where your attention to detail and customer-first mindset will help support dealerships and borrowers across the region. Overview Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Farm Credit EXPRESS (FCE) team. Qualified candidate will work in our Mount Joy, PA branch location. This is a full-time, in-office position with typical hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, organized professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting the daily operations of a high-volume lending program. Posting Description: You'll be the first point of contact for dealerships and salespeople, assisting with inquiries, verifying reports, and supporting loan processing and post-closing activities. You'll also help maintain the accuracy of program documentation, distribute rate sheets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Areas of Responsibility: Customer Service: Promptly and professionally respond to phone inquiries from dealerships and salespeople. Ensure all callers receive courteous and accurate assistance. Reporting & Documentation: Verify and manage daily and monthly reports, including transaction and error verifications, ACH returns, and association billings. Post-Closing Support: Conduct pre- and post-closing reviews, follow up on collateral substitutions, uncashed checks, and trailer title issues. Administrative Support: Distribute rate sheets and program announcements. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support the FCE program. Education Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience Generally, 1-3 years of related work experience preferred, especially in customer service or administrative support roles. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems). Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment. Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
