Your main responsibilities will include: Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable Answering questions, and making recommendations based on customer preferences Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the system promptly Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to recipes and customer requests (bartender role) Checking identification to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Setting up tables or bar stations before service and breaking down after shifts Processing payments, providing itemized bills, and handling cash or credit transactions accurately Responding to guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Collaborating with team members and assisting others as needed to ensure smooth and efficient service Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines Qualifications We are looking for passionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals who are eager to provide exceptional customer service.
