Greeter / Concierge - Center City

PeopleShare Philadelphia is looking for a Greeter / Concierge to support one of our clients in Center City! Greeter Job Details: Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9:00AM - 5:30PM and Every other Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm Pay Rate: $18/hour ($21.50/hour ONCE PERM) Selling Points about Greeter: Competitive pay! Set Schedule! Pay increase once permanent! Greeter Job Description: Always exhibit a positive and professional disposition. Greet and provide information to citizens daily. Assist cashiers with resolving customer issues and/or concerns. Perform research of citizen's plates/tickets. Forward escalation situations on behalf of citizens to the walk-in center management team. Provide visitors with directions and any information they require Able to perform responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Able to maintain departmental standards. Perform with high level of accuracy. Greeter Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communications skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume area.
