In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways according to established procedures. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, and remove trash and recyclables. Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the supervisor. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly. Interact with residents in a respectful and compassionate manner. Perform other housekeeping-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move light to moderate objects.
