Barista

Were looking for a friendly and detail-driven barista to join our front-of-house team. Youll be serving up high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks all with a plant-based twist while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and juices
Follow recipes precisely, including plant-based milk and sweeteners
Take and complete customer orders quickly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Restock bar supplies and ingredients throughout the shift
Help with light prep and assist other FOH staff as needed
Provide friendly, upbeat service and educate guests on the menu

Requirements:
6+ months barista or cafe experience preferred
Familiar with plant-based milks and coffee techniques
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Available for weekends and peak hours

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience with manual espresso machines
Knowledge of vegan health trends or superfood ingredients
