Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of teas, and food items with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and products.
Must comply with food handling regulations and safety standards.
