Description: Enso Izakaya is a modern Japanese izakaya located in the heart of Avondale Estates, offering elevated small plates and warm hospitality in a lively, stylish setting. We are currently seeking passionate, service-driven individuals to join our front-of-house team as Servers.

Ideal Candidates:

• Are knowledgeable about food, beverage, and guest experience

• Are familiar with (or eager to learn) Japanese cuisine and izakaya culture

Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine, attentive service to all guests

• Guide guests through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams

• Ensure tables are properly maintained and cleared

• Handle POS transactions accurately

• Contribute to a clean and efficient dining environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year serving experience in a full-service restaurant

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Professional appearance and reliable attendance

• Availability on weekends and evenings

• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine a plus, but not required

Compensation: Salary/Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
