At Tahiti Village Resort & Spa we are looking for energetic, professional team player with excellent communications skills. Positive attitude to deliver great customer experience and support our mission to create memorable experiences for ours guests.

Role

The ambassador for the resort operations assisting guests in their vacation experience greeting arrivals and departures, storing and transporting guest luggage and property mail and packages.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a superb customer and professional service regardless of guest demeanor, with company service standards.
  • Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets.
  • Proactively assist all guests with luggage during registration and check out.
  • Provide personal attention to guests by greeting guests warmly and opening lobby doors.
  • Use proper procedures when storing guests' luggage in baggage area.
  • Appropriately document accidents and incidents and other company forms as needed.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs.
  • Effectively handle and fulfill guest requests.
  • Must be able to understand and use the telephone system.
  • Must have knowledge of the resort(s).
  • Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred and a minimum of six (6) months experience in related field.
  • Professional appearance that is clean, natural, polished, and professional
  • Effective communication skills and proficient oral and written English language skills
  • Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 to 70lbs constantly.
