Work Schedule: Days

Hours:

Hours range from 5:30am - 6:00pm

Summary:

Contributes to the company's mission and values by assisting with all aspects of business office, including but not limited to billing, reporting, AR as necessary, and reception. The Billing Office Associate operates independently, but cooperatively; maintains professional and effective working relationships with teammates, medical offices and physicians. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure quality and timely patient care.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma, minimum requirement

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in customer service: receptionist, scheduling or unit clerk preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Communicates with a positive and caring attitude.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform work in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
  • Accountability-strives for excellence/quality
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work as part of a team and interact with other departments
  • Knowledge of general office equipment operations and supplies
