Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $15.03 - $16.56

Position qualifies for 30 cents/hour Maintenance and Trades differential pay. Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Assists the GMRT positions assigned to the Construction Crew of the Office of Facilities and Property Management. Performs routine and unskilled manual labor, repetitive maintenance tasks, and activities in the building trades.

Assigned basic and physical labor jobs, such as moving and lifting office furniture, in order to assist the GMRT's with the completion of construction projects. Assists co-workers during the construction phases of the various projects. Performs routine, basic preventive measures and inspections.

Completes a wide variety of other routine or repetitive maintenance tasks and activities as requested. Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Licensing & Certification: Valid driver's license

Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor such as lifting, pushing and pulling to move equipment and furniture. Must be able to climb ladders and work from scaffolding and ladders.
