Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pastry team with clarity, mentorship, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and mise en place in the pastry kitchen.

  • Innovate new dishes and presentations that elevate the guest experience while maintaining classical foundations.

  • Oversee inventory, sourcing, and quality assurance for all pastry and baking needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining pastry environment.

  • Strong foundation in classic French and modern pastry techniques, with an ability to evolve and refine them.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and inspire a small, focused team.

  • Culinary or pastry arts degree preferred.

What We Offer:

  • A culture rooted in professionalism, craft, and respect for ingredients and team members.

  • Creative freedom within a structured and supportive culinary program.

If you are dedicated to the craft, passionate about pastry, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a world-class dining experience, we invite you to join us.
