Job DetailsThe Dinex Group, the restaurant management company of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for Full time/Part-time Banquet Servers. Monday through Thursday availability is required. Please note, this is an hourly position which does not typically receive gratuities.
Duties:
- Setup, and Breakdown of Stations
- Food and Beverage service
- Polishing silverware/glassware
- Steaming linen
- Set up of coffee stations
- Transporting/Delivery of food and beverage between locations
- Bussing dishes
- Buffet service
- Assist with event preparation, assisting with rentals set up and other equipment
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for long periods of time
- Professional demeanor
- Understand and follow instructions given by managment
- Restaurant/Banquet Experience
- Attention to detail
- Understanding SOP's of service
