We are a new Halal Pakistani food truck in the Chicagoland area, specializing in mouth-watering Paratha rolls and a variety of delicious snacks. Our goal is to bring the rich flavors of Pakistani street food to the streets while offering an authentic, high-quality experience to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to order in a fast-paced, mobile kitchen environment.
- Operate cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and stoves.
- Prepare and assemble Paratha rolls and other Pakistani snacks.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized food truck space.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements:
- Prior food truck or restaurant experience preferred, especially in ethnic kitchens (Pakistani, Indian, Middle Eastern, or similar).
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating flavorful, high-quality food.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle hot kitchen equipment.
