Qualifications and Duties:

Pre bus all tables
Clear empty tables of all dishware, glasses and debris
Place dirty dishes and glassware in appropriate bins.
When dirty dish, glass and utensils bins are full, bring them back to the dish pit and return with clean bins.
Make sure all debris is swept from under tables, before seating new guests.
Clean and sanitize tables
Set up utensils for each table, prior to guest being sat.
Refill water and coffee drinks
Assist host to seat guests in a timely fashion.
When requested, bring highchairs to tables, prior to guests being sat. Ensure all highchairs have been cleaned and
sanitized before returning them.
Support the serving staff in meeting the needs of the guests

Weekends and Holidays. No evenings
