BARISTA for CLOSING and DAY SHIFTS!

First - we love our employees. Our employees, past and present, are our family! But as we get busier, our family needs to grow!

Good vibes. Good money. Fun environment! We are a cafe that serves beer/wine, alongside the BEST coffee on the Upper East Side (our staple product.) We are in search of a great barista to work with an amazing team. Those who can make latte art go straight to the front of the line. If you have your food handlers license, go even further to the front.

Part-time to start. BUT, and this is a huge BUT, weekends are a must. This is the hospitality business, and weekends have to be filled. We will train you during the week, but you must have availability to work on both Saturday and Sunday. This could turn into a FULL TIME job if the fit is right. AND YOU MUST BE OKAY WITH CLOSING TOO! We hate to put things in CAPS, but it's important =)

We care about the happiness of our employees and we come from the restaurant world. We are not corporate guys who are never around. We actually work and would never ask an employee to do anything that we wouldn't do on a daily basis. Again, We are looking for baristas with actual coffee experience. It really is a must. Food handlers, too, or at least willing to sign up within the first month of hire. Full time or part-time. Pay will be based on experience!
