Professional Cleaner Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as professional cleaners. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing baseboards, cleaning ovens and refrigerators, dishwashing, laundry, trash removal, and window cleaning. Our company prioritizes safety and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Position Details:**
- **Type:** 1099 Contractor
- **Services:** Move-in cleaning for apartments and townhomes
- **Compensation:**
- $84.00 for 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments
- $94.00 for 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments
- $107.25 for 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartments
- $117.00 for 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhomes

**Project Locations:** Sterling Heights, Warren, and Ferndale, MI

**Requirements:**
- **Documentation:** Completion of a non-compete agreement, I-9 form, and W-9 form
- **Experience:** Prior cleaning experience is required
- **Supplies:** Must provide your own cleaning supplies
- **Transportation:** Reliable personal transportation is required
- **Professionalism:** Candidates must exhibit a high level of politeness and professionalism at all times
- **Conduct:** The use of profanity is strictly prohibited
