Position Overview:
A Kitchen Team Member at Down N Dirty Seafood Boil plays a vital role in delivering fresh, delicious seafood to our guests. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook seafood dishes in accordance with Down N Dirty's recipes and quality standards.

Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations.

Maintain an organized and efficient workspace during service.

Handle and store food products safely and correctly, following proper food handling guidelines.

Collaborate with the team to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.

Assist in maintaining inventory by notifying management of low-stock items.

Participate in daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and kitchen areas.

Requirements:
Experience:

-Previous kitchen experience preferred, especially in a high-volume or seafood-focused environment.
-Knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques is a plus.
