• Follow recipes and measurements to produce consistent, high-quality dishes

• Prioritize incoming orders and organize tasks based on inventory and par levels
• Maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards at all times
• Rotate products and follow cooling/storage procedures per Health Department guidelines

Skills & Experience

• 6 months of cooking experience in a restaurant or resort setting
• Must have a valid SNHD Health Card
• Able to understand, speak, read, and write English
• Familiar with pasta cooking stages, roux preparation, and sauce techniques
• Comfortable working with knives, handheld tools, and various kitchen equipment

Physical & Mental Demands

• Lift up to 75 lbs , push/pull up to 200 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and maneuver in tight spaces for long periods
• Tolerate hot/cold environments and high noise levels
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
