Night shift Property Maintenance & Concierge Support

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Night Shift Cleaning, Maintenance & Concierge Assistant to support our operations from 8 PM to 12 AM, 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
Perform light maintenance and handy work (changing light bulbs, tightening locks, small repairs)

Handle light laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding sheets, and packing for delivery

Deliver inventory and linens to various properties using a company-provided vehicle

Manage and organize storage rooms

Perform property inspections and quick maintenance fixes as needed

Use ozone machines for odor treatment when required

Quick paint touch-ups and scratch repairs

Provide photo documentation and updates via smartphone

Respond to occasional urgent property needs or guest-related tasks

Requirements
Valid drivers license (required)

Comfortable driving the company vehicle

Ability to communicate in basic English

Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs

Handy work and cleaning experience preferred

Organized and responsible with time and inventory

Schedule
8 PM 12 AM | 6 Days a Week
