Breakfast Server

Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa is seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our morning dining team. This is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic setting with a strong team and supportive leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests warmly and explain breakfast buffet offerings

• Provide timely, professional food and beverage service

• Deliver checks promptly and accurately

• Bus and reset tables to maintain a clean dining room

• Complete daily opening and closing duties

• Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards

• Participate in morning team huddles and stay informed

• Support teammates, accept direction, and maintain a positive work environment

• Willing to Serve, Bus, Host, and Buffet Run as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Previous restaurant or guest-facing experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

• Knowledge of bar basics and menu items a plus

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Ability to serve alcohol - no prior bartending experience needed

• TIPS and First Aid/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
