Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of service in a fine dining setting. Duties include- preparing tables prior to events, taking guest orders, serving both beverages and multiple course meals, and event clean up. Setting each event specific to the groups requests and needs to include all tableware as trained. Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event, while paying close attention to detail. Collaborating with other Wait Staff and dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes.

QualificationsMinimum 2 years of culinary experience desired, preferred in a fine dining setting, catering operation or commercial kitchen. 16-17 year olds may serve food, must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol. Exhibits exceptional communications skills and demonstrates ability to work well alone and in a group setting. Responds well to changing environment of kitchen and events. Strong multitasking and teamwork skills including table and backroom responsibilities. Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.NA
