Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time VIP Host to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a VIP Host, you will support the production and implementation of multi-purpose content for both internal and external audiences.

• Staff and maintain VIP Lounge and VIP check-in and update and enters member information into the database
• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members
• Book hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request and RSVP VIP guests to various on and off property events
• Make comping decisions based on the guests card level and level of play, and plan for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork
• Assist in the development and process of high-end player events

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License
• Customer service and basic math skills required
• Minimum of 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and MICROS system preferred
• Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required
