Sushi Chefs are responsible for helping to prepare all sushi bar menu items, producing high quality plates in both design and taste, and ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets Company standards.

What we are looking for
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English is needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job
  • Minimum 5 years experience at a fine dining establishment
  • Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Excellent time management
  • An approachable attitude
  • Highly organized and able to work fast
  • 18+ years of age
