The Custodian Technician is responsible for performing routine office cleaning, light carpentry repairs, and general facility upkeep. A major focus of this role is ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment across multiple business locations. The role requires travel between 10 to 12 sites per week (1020 miles total), using company-provided vehicles.

• Perform regular cleaning of designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vent cleaning, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
• Inspect bank facilities on a routine schedule while addressing cleaning and repair needs.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests, prioritizing as needed.
• Refer tasks to vendors using the internal work order system when appropriate.
• Close out work orders via iPad or through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Complete assignments accurately with minimal need for rework or callbacks.
• Assist with minor office relocations involving furniture and contents.
• Maintain friendly, professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Track inventory and purchase supplies, tools, and materials at optimal pricing.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks and participate in special cleaning or maintenance projects as assigned.

• Travel to approximately 1012 locations per week.
• Distances range from 10 to 20 miles per day.
• Company vehicles provided for all work-related travel.

• 1 or more years of experience in janitorial and light carpentry roles.
• Proven customer service experience and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability and flexibility to travel daily between work sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid Drivers License (required)
