Server/Cashier at Family-Owned Neighborhood Restaurant

Now Hiring: Server/Cashier (Part Time)
We are a well-loved neighborhood restaurant serving the Austin/West Lake community for over 30 years. Just 10 minutes west of downtown, we re known for our gourmet salads, pizzas, and curated local beer and wine selection. Our success is rooted in the loyalty of our regulars and the friendly, welcoming service we provide every day.

We are looking for reliable, personable team players who take pride in great customer service. This is not just a serving job, we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy getting to know our guests, many of whom are part of our community. Friendliness, accountability, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Important: All servers must also work cashier shifts. This is a shared responsibility among all front-of-house staff and is a key part of our service model. If you're not open to cashier shifts, this role won't be the right fit. Serving starts at $10/hr + tips, and cashiering starts at $13/hr + tips.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of serving experience

Must have TABC and Food Handlers certifications

Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation required

Job Details:

Part-Time (15 30 hours/week)

Shifts include both day (counter service) and evening (table service)
