The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro located in Goldsboro, NC (50 miles east of Raleigh, NC) is seeking qualified candidates to fill open Full Time positions in our HVAC Maintenance Department. Pay will be based on experience and skills. Competitive pay will be based on experience and skill. Must possess a valid NC Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record. Preferred skills include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions, repairing or replacing worn or defective parts, recharging refrigerant levels and checking for leaks, installing HVAC systems including interpreting blueprints and building specifications, repairing and replacing duct work as needed, preventative maintenance and safety checks. Skilled in the use of various maintenance tools and equipment and has good working knowledge of techniques, methods, materials, and equipment used in maintaining the HVAC systems to all buildings.
