We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, from the moment guests arrive to their final farewell. Servers at Casa Pernoi work collaboratively with the beverage, support, and culinary teams to deliver impeccable service while upholding the traditions of fine dining.

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and professional service to all guests

• Manage assigned tables and ensure a seamless dining experience

• Guide guests through our menu and wine selections, offering thoughtful recommendations

• Collaborate with the kitchen, beverage, and support teams to ensure perfect execution of service

• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards

• Adhere to fine dining steps of service, including proper wine and beverage service

• Previous serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine (or a willingness to learn)

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Work in a highly regarded, chef-driven restaurant
