Job Details Were seeking a proactive, organized, and hospitality-driven Events Coordinator Assistant to support our events team at a high-volume, fast-paced bar and restaurant in NYC. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for guest service, a sharp eye for detail, and strong communication skills. You'll help plan and execute everything from private parties and large group reservations to brand activations and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and executing all event bookings and group reservations
  • Communicate with guests regarding event logistics, menus, and special requests
  • Coordinate with FOH, BOH, and bar staff to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain the events calendar and handle inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Support on-site during key events (nights and weekends availability)
  • Help track event details, invoices, and post-event feedback

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience in hospitality or events (bar/restaurant experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Positive, guest-first mindset

Preferred but Not Required:
  • Experience with booking software
  • Knowledge of NYCs hospitality scene
  • Interest in growing into a full-time events or management role
