Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and service-driven Bartender to help lead one of NYCs most elevated cocktail programs. You will craft drinks with precision, provide warm hospitality, and educate guests about our curated Latin spirits selection.

Key Responsibilities:

-Execute an elegant cocktail program with consistency and attention to detail

-Engage guests with confidence, humility, and charm

-Maintain clean and organized bar mise en place throughout service

-Educate guests on Latin spirits, wine pairings, and our culinary offerings

-Collaborate with the bar team to create seasonal, sustainable, and exciting cocktail specials

-Ensure compliance with DOH, liquor laws, and company standards

Qualifications:

-2+ years bartending experience in a fine-dining or craft cocktail setting

-Deep knowledge of spirits, especially mezcal, pisco, and rhum agricole

-NYC Food Handlers Certification (preferred)

-Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

-A sense of pride, integrity, and curiosity

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50 - $20.00) plus tips
