Receptionist Medical/Dental Office
Location: Visalia, CA
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary with an opportunity

A busy and professional office in Visalia is seeking a Receptionist with medical or dental office experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and assist with patient intake
Maintain patient records and support front office operations
Provide administrative support to clinical staff

Requirements:
Must have experience in a medical or dental office
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
