Barista

Responsible for tasks as a front of house employee, the Barista represents the brand and culture of the establishment. Provides clients with professional and friendly service. Daily operational duties include grinding and brewing coffee, developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee, educating customers and colleagues on coffees, taking orders and receiving payment, speaking and interacting with new and regular customers, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.
