Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee inquiries and providing an appropriate response in timely manner;
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our employees as well as corporate office staff;
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files;
  • Perform basic office functions, such as scanning, faxing, filing and data entry;
  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries;
  • Handling inquiries and providing an appropriate response in timely manner;
  • Provide clerical and administrative support;
  • Compose and distribute routine written correspondence;
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, heavy phone volume and greeting vistors.

Requirements:

  • 1- 2 years' receptionist or customer service experience;

Excellent computer skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and etiquette;
  • Attention to detail and exceptional listening ability;
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently;
  • Analytical and logical, with ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and follow up on results;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced work environment;
  • Bilingual/Spanish.
