Mystique - Overnight Cleaner

As an Overnight Cleaner, a typical day might include the following:

• Cleaning designated surface areas of kitchen including counter tops, walls, mats and floors
• Cleaning and maintaining stations in practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
• Removing garbage and grease from kitchen areas and dispense in appropriate areas
• Cleaning restaurant front and back areas including vacuuming, mopping and dusting using proper equipment and chemicals
• Completing interior and exterior detailed and deep cleaning assignments as needed
• Cleaning and polishing all front area of restaurant including guest and employee restrooms
• Other duties as assigned

This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience restaurant cleaning preferred
• You present a neat and professional appearance
• You are able to work in a high volume/fast paced work environment
• You have understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
• You have the ability to work at efficient and consistent pace
• You are able to communicate effectively and accurately with co-workers
• You are able to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
• You have flexibility with schedule which includes the ability to work overnight shifts regularly
• You are able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• You are able to lift up to 30 lbs
