Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position offers the opportunity to grow under the mentorship of our Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine while contributing to a thoughtful and dynamic kitchen. Ideal candidates bring energy, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Execute prep and service responsibilities with precision and efficiency
  
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
  
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless service
  
• Assist with daily inventory, labeling, and rotation
  
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and health code requirements
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented kitchen
  
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset
  
• Excellent time management and the ability to self-manage
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
• ServSafe certification is a plus
  
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to create exceptional guest experiences
