Job Details We are building a dining experience unique to the Manifest way. Bakery during the day, dinner and cocktails at night! In order to launch this much anticipated dinner service, we need a strong and enthusiastic leader to run the bar program and floor service.If you are an experienced server or manager that is looking to switch up the scenery a little bit, our 30 seat neighborhood restaurant is perfect for you. This is an opportunity to work with quality ingredients, friendly service and still have a place to park when you get to work!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable person to take on the day to day responsibilities of running a thoughtful bar program, focused wine list, and polished but casual service. You will be working with the owner(s) and tasked with organization and ordering of inventory, scheduling, and creating/implementing new systems for efficiency.
We pride ourselves in having a bustling business with exceptional customer service. Our bakery is centered around handmade sourdough breads, pastries, sweets, and prepared salads and sandwiches. Our dinner menu will feature a variety of oven roasted entrees, bright salads, shared snacks, and pizza. You will be involved in guest services, full bar, guest ordering systems, and staff management. It is important that you are willing to jump into many aspects of the business.
*Experience with casual or upscale casual dining is a plus
*Experience with bar and wine programs are encouraged
*Enthusiasm for consistency and pride in your work is a must! Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($72,000.00 - $85,000.00)
