The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our Front Desk team! Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently register and check out to all guests.
  • Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
  • Displays high-level competency in the property management systems.
  • Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
  • Follows the proper work environment procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must be stationery for up to 8 hours.
  • Must have the ability to move/transport up to 25 lbs.
  • Provides excellent concierge services to guests
  • Answers all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Must be familiar with the city and the attractions that it offers
  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Hilton ONQ experience is highly preferred
