THE JOB:
As a Nightlife Host , you will be the face of our vibrant nightlife venues, ensuring a seamless and energetic guest entry experience. Your exceptional service and passion for networking will create a welcoming atmosphere, all while driving revenue through relationship building. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, and exemplify MGM SHOW standards

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front door.

• Control the flow of guests coming into the Nightclub/Venue

• Enforce standards of fashionable and acceptable appearance of the guests entering.

• Responsible for identifying and directing VIP guests as indicated by management and VIP representatives

• Set stanchions appropriately nightly and for special events held within the Venue

• Perform all opening and closing duties, based on shift assignment.

• Abide by all state and federal law while enforcing hotel and venue policy

• Attends all applicable meetings, pre-shifts, check-ins, outreach, promotions and mandated shifts; provides input in team meetings to develop new strategies for sales and applicable operations;

• Actively market venue, which includes participating in marketing requirements and outings

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Knowledge of nightclub and entertainment functions, including experience working in a similar position

• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms
