Position Summary:

Were seeking a dedicated Maintenance / Janitor to help maintain our facilities and grounds. This position is critical in ensuring our dealership is clean, safe, and operating smoothly for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor and major repairs on buildings and equipment (major repairs under supervision of licensed workers)
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance
• Order and restock repair parts and cleaning supplies
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and stairways
• Empty and sanitize trash receptacles
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Properly label and dilute cleaning chemicals
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Assist with general grounds keeping and exterior maintenance
• Complete other routine maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to understand instructions and perform tasks independently
• Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required
• Experience in janitorial or general maintenance work is a plus
