Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE

At Canyon Ranch, our Guest Services Representatives are the first point of contact, helping guests feel welcomed and supported as they begin their journey with us. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and coordinating special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.

This position is expected to work evening shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. All members of our team should develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members. Since you are the expert in your area you will need to demonstrate g ood judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated organizational and computer skills, you may be using word, excel and power-point at any time. Its the details that a guest remembers, your job is to be memorable.
