Chais Delachaise: FT Bartender/Server

Chais Delachaise is looking for a full time, bonafide bartender to start by August 6th. We are a locally-owned, neighborhood wine bar and bistro located on Maple Street near Tulane and Loyola Universities. We have a small, tight-knit team, a robust wine and cocktail program, and a loyal, growing customer-base.

Requirements:
We are looking for at least 2 years of recent, high-volume, craft cocktail bartending experience in a restaurant environment, as well as serving experience. Wine knowledge is a huge plus as we are primarily a wine bar. We are a pooled house, so teamwork and helping to take care of guests outside of the bar/your section is essential.

Schedule:
4-5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday.
Most shifts will be behind the bar, but we do require that you take some serving shifts as needed.
Must be available to work the weeks of Nov 12-16, 2025, and May 13-17, 2026. Holiday availability strongly preferred.
Ideally available to start full time by the week of August 6th.

Pay/Benefits:
$5 p/h + share of tip pool. The tip pool is calculated by hours worked each day.
