JJ's Grill - : [Wait Staff / Team Member] As a Server at JJ's Grill, you'll:
Take and serve food and drink orders and resolve guest complaints and concerns;
Communicate guest orders to kitchen staff;
Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems;
Maintain a working knowledge of food & drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time.
