We are seeking an engaging, bright, polished Receptionist to join the team of a National Title Insurance Company in Palm Springs! Any real estate knowledge or experience is a big plus.
If exceptional customer service is your specialty and you enjoy being the "Welcoming Committee " of the office, then this is the role for you!

Job Duties :
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answers or refers inquiries.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Administrative support
  • Order supplies and maintain an organized office setting.
  • Awesome Attitude
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Administrative tasks as needed
  • Assisting the escrow team as needed
  • Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Mortgage, loans, escrow, or real estate knowledge is a plus
  • Telephone Skills
  • Verbal Communication
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Resware software knowledge is a plus.
  • Real Estate knowledge is preferred, but not required.
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent customer service skills
