Line Job Description Join our team as a Line Cook, working onsite at a large manufacturing plant. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch entrees, made-to-order grill items, and more. You will also help maintain stock levels in coolers, fridges, and the line, as well as manage food orders. Responsibilities Prepare daily breakfast and breakfast bar, including fruit and yogurt. Cook lunch entrees and made-to-order grill items. Maintain salad bar and prepare hot soups. Stock coolers, fridges, and the serving line. Receive and put away food orders. Perform general housekeeping tasks such as wiping, disinfecting, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash/recycling. Clean and sanitize the serving line. Essential Skills Experience in foodservice and food preparation. Ability to maintain HACCP logs. Knowledge of line cooking. ServSafe certification preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications General knowledge of kitchen operations is helpful. Willingness to be trained in specific procedures. Work Environment Enjoy a structured work environment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, between 5:00 am and 2:30 pm, and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 11:00 am.
