Description:

The housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the cleaning of all Kitty Hawk Kites seasonal houses and offices.

Manage the house keeping schedule- cleaning the homes before moving in of the next resident, Cleaning of homes when resident moves out, and end of season.

Reporting damage to the homes or needs for repairs.

Work directly with the housing manager and human resources with any housing issues.

Mid-Season cleaning of homes when needed.

Cleaning the corporate office and restrooms.

Driver:

Safely driving our team members to homes for check-in when needed.

Driving team members to events, orientation, and when changing housing assignments.

This is not a complete list of duties and additional duties will be assigned as needed for this role.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred.

Clean driving record required.

Ability to work in multiple locations.

Travel is required.

Organization skills to maintain records of homes.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Standing, bending, reaching, kneeling.

Push, pull and lift to 25 lbs.

Ability to stand walk for long periods of time.

Hours: 8:30- 5 pm

Days: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays may be required.

Pay: $15.00 an hour.
