This position will have dual responsibilities.

The duties of this position are important to assure the safety and health of the children and staff in the child care facility. The Janitor is essential to the success of the business and the well-being of the children. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, trash removal, clean floors and windows, disinfecting and overall cleanliness of the facility.

Daycare Cook should be familiar with food safety practices to ensure the safety of the children in the facility. This includes following proper hand-washing procedures, maintaining clean kitchen surfaces and equipment and properly storing and reheating food. Daycare Cook will prepare meals for groups of children that are healthy and appealing to the children.
